Plant Operator / HR Driver - Earthworks - Jimboomba

Randstad is seeking an experienced Plant Operator / Unrestricted HR Truck Driver for an immediate start with a well-established, family-run earthmoving company based in Jimboomba, with over 30 years in the industry.

You’ll be working across civil and earthworks projects operating machinery including a 3.5T Excavator and Skid Steer (Posi-Track).

- $45 per hour + OT
- Immediate start
- Consistent Monday to Friday work
- Temp to perm opportunity after 3 months
- Strong pipeline of ongoing work


Your duties

- Operate 3.5T Excavator and Posi-Track (Skid Steer)
- Drive HR tipper truck between sites
- Site cuts, trenching, footings & final trim
- General labouring when required



What you need

- HR Unrestricted Licence
- Excavator & Skid Steer tickets
- White Card
- Proven civil/earthworks experience
- Reliable and able to work independently
